Layers yes but will need my winter coat and well when it is this cold its not easy I will be sweating underneath there's just no stopping it... It is all about covering every inch of skin and wearing lots of Windstopper/Barrier style clothing....

Would someone please comment about clearing a runny nose during a lady's winter commute to work? I get the stuff about layering and smart wool and over heating but the runny nose is more than I can handle.
